Pricing & Contracts

The platform pays for itself.

  • We charge a small fee per sale that scales down as your sales volume increases
  • The fee is always less than a typical payment processing fee (e.g., Stripe/PayPal)
  • Typically around 1.5% (with fees as low as 0.25%, as sales grow)
  • Monthly fee of around £350 / $450 per month (sign up to get the exact price)

Fair and transparent:

  • We don't charge any usage fees until you generate enough revenue to cover the monthly cost
  • Monthly cost covers storage costs, AI compute costs, and our expert support team
  • Our usage fee can be added to your MarginStack — we adjust the ROAS to ensure it covers our fee

Our fees are designed to be fair, transparent, and scale with you. Our automation will even account for fees by adjusting the ROAS bid to cover the fee.

Our service is fully managed as standard, offering unbeatable campaign and margin performance. All for around 30% to 40% cheaper than a typical agency fee.

Our fees scale down for enterprise:

  • Fees scale to as low as 0.25% per sale
  • Fees are fair and transparent
  • We understand when enterprise brands scale for market share, margins shrink — so do our fees

For large catalogs over 25,000+ SKUs:

  • Due to storage and AI compute costs, we charge a small fee per SKU (over 25,000)
  • Approximately 1.3p / 1.5¢ per SKU, scaling down to 0.5p / 0.6¢ per SKU
  • Log in to get the exact price for your catalog size

Dedicated compute clusters:

  • Enterprises can opt to rent their own compute clusters (fully managed by us)
  • As standard, all users share compute — changes still push within 30 mins to an hour typically
  • Dedicated clusters provide immediate deployment and UpKeep management
  • Dedicated clusters have a one-time setup fee and a fixed monthly fee dependent on your cluster size. The setup fee is simply the monthly fee charged in advance on month 1

We can help you with the setup and can also manage the entire process for you.

  • GROW Campaigns are built alongside your existing campaigns
  • We typically run these campaigns side by side for a brief period (around 10-14 days)
  • We assess the performance and wait for around 30 conversions ideally
  • At this point, we can switch most of the traffic over to our granular campaign structure for maximum profitability

Yes, we do.

  • After you log in to our platform, we provide an automated, guided demo
  • The demo shows you around the platform and how it works
  • Some processes are shortened for the purpose of time and speed
  • You don't need to know anything about Google Ads or campaign setup — our workers do all the work for you

Safety & Control

You always stay in control.

  • While we have fully automated UpKeep (such as adding new products to campaigns), we have safety thresholds and approval systems to keep you in control
  • If we detect an unusual bid change or excessive change in the catalog, we will always block and require your approval
  • Our system can also be configured so you are required to approve all changes, even if safety thresholds are not exceeded

Your data is safe:

  • We do not read or share any customer data
  • We only deal with products and ad data

Our platform environment is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a SOC2 certified environment.

We do not store or transport any customer data or customer identifying information on our platform or any third-party environment.
